Han Hee-won, who graduated from Jemulpo High School and Kyunghee University and entered KBL in 2015 as the 2nd overall player, joined KT Sonicboom during the 2018-2019 season after a trade. Later, after completing military service, he stood out as an ace-only defender in the 2022-2023 season, and played a big role in raising the team’s energy level with tenacious defense and hustle play that did not cover the opponent’s position.
KT has built a solid forward line by newly joining ‘Super Moon’ Seong-gon Moon and protecting Hee-won Han. In particular, the formidable defensive power of the forward line is expected to be the basis for good results in the 2023-2024 season.
