Kang Seung-ho, who went 0-for-4, was removed from the first team…Lotte rookie Lee Tae-yeon moves to the second team.

On a baseball-free Monday, several teams made changes to their first-team rosters.

The Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) announced the roster additions and deletions today. No new players were added, and a total of six players were removed from the first team roster. The main players were no exception.

The most recognizable face is Kang Seung-ho (Doosan Bears). He was given his first start in a long time as the No. 8 hitter and second baseman against the Suwon KT Wiz the day before, but failed to live up to manager Lee Seung-yeop’s expectations by going 0-for-4. He lost out to other infielders such as Park Kye-beom, Lee Yoo-chan, and Jeon Min-jae.

Pitcher Ko Bong-jae, who pitched a scoreless inning in relief, was also removed, and Jang Won-jun, who was announced as the starting pitcher for Jamsil Samsung on the 23rd, is expected to fill the spot.

The top-ranked NC Dinos have released pitcher Kim Jin-ho and outfielder Kim Sung-wook. “Jin-ho Kim was removed from the roster due to discomfort in his right shoulder,” the organization said.

Kim has been in a slump lately, going 2-for-16 with a .125 batting average in his last 10 games. He started in left field as the No. 5 hitter against the Changwon Samsung Lions on April 21, but struggled in both offense and defense. In particular, he struck out with runners on first and third in the bottom of the fourth inning.

The Lotte Giants, who dropped to third place after battling for the lead, designated left-hander Lee Tae-yeon for assignment. Three days after being promoted to the first team, Lee was sent back to the second team. He was recognized for his potential to make the opening day roster, but has hit a professional wall with a 9.64 ERA in 12 games, 4 ⅔ innings, and one start this season 먹튀검증.

Hanwha Eagles outfielder Uhmyeon has also been sent to the second team. He hasn’t had much success this season, going 7-for-35 with a .200 batting average in 19 games, and has come off the bench in each of his last three games, including a game against Lotte in Daejeon on April 18.
